The incense stick packing machine is specially developed for slender stick\u2011shaped goods such as incense sticks, bamboo skewers and barbecue sticks. As a horizontal pillow\u2011type three\u2011side sealing packaging equipment, it integrates full\u2011automatic procedures including automatic feeding, counting, bag forming, vertical & horizontal sealing, cutting and discharging. <\/p>

It reaches a packaging speed of 20\u201180 bags per minute and supports automatic counting of 1\u2011100 pieces per pack. It fits stick\u2011shaped materials of 180\u2011500\u202fmm in length, with adjustable bag length from 200\u2011550\u202fmm and packaging width ranging from 30\u201170\u202fmm.<\/p>

Compatible with OPP, BOPP metallized films and other heat\u2011sealable composite films, this machine realizes single\u2011pack or multi\u2011piece collective packaging for Buddha incense, long joss sticks, bamboo skewers, barbecue sticks, straws and bamboo chopsticks. <\/p>

Our incense stick packing machine works well for small\u2011scale incense workshops as a standalone unit and can also connect to large\u2011scale automatic incense\u2011making production lines. It greatly cuts labor input, improves packaging appearance, and raises overall factory output efficiency.<\/p>
