It mainly consists of vibrating feeding & conveying system, film unwinding & deviation‑correction mechanism, bag former, longitudinal heat‑seal unit, cross sealing‑cutting group, discharge conveyor and PLC touch‑screen control system.
Working Process:
- Feeding & Arrangement: Put incense sticks or bamboo skewers into the vibrating silo. After vibration sorting, the conveyor belt feeds stick‑shaped materials neatly to the packing station to prevent stacking and jamming.
- Film Unwinding & Forming: The unwinder releases packaging film, which is folded into H‑shape bags by the bag former. Sticks automatically fall onto the bottom film.
- Longitudinal Back Sealing: The constant‑temperature longitudinal heat‑seal unit heats and presses film back side to form a complete bag cylinder.
