Waste steel bar correction machine working principle
The electric motor boosts the speed via a belt drive, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate rapidly. This process straightens the steel bar and removes any rust using the straightening mold.
Simultaneously, another set of deceleration belt drives and a gear reducer move the transmission pressure roller, pulling the steel bar forward and driving the crank wheel, which makes the hammer head move up and down.
Once the rebar reaches the specified length, the hammer strikes the upper knife frame to cut it, and the severed rebar falls into the feed frame. The knife table then resets with the help of a spring, completing one working cycle.
