At the beginning of this month, our factory successfully shipped a set of PET plastic waste recycling washing line machines to a customer from Nigeria. This project helps them to realize more efficient plastic recycling and reprocessing.
Customer background and requirements
The client is a food and beverage manufacturer that handles waste PET bottles and other rigid packaging materials.
The customer needs an efficient PET plastic crushing, washing and recycling line to improve recycling efficiency and ensure that the plastics are thoroughly washed and processed to produce high-quality recycled plastics.

The PET plastic crushing washing recycling production line we provided to our customer includes a series of equipment, the main machines are:
- Crusher: efficiently crushes waste PET bottles, ready for the washing stage.
- Washing system: multi-stage washing equipment, thoroughly removing dirt and residues from the plastic.
- Drying device: fast drying of the cleaned plastic pieces to ensure the quality of subsequent processing.

In addition, the specification of the washing tank is 6*1.3*1.8M. The horizontal dewatering machine is modeled as SLSP-500 with a power of 15kw.
Communication process and customer expectations
Throughout the communication process, the customer sent us pictures of the plastic waste in their plant, describing their needs and expectations in detail.
To ensure that the customer understood the performance of the equipment, we showed them our machines in action and the finished product via video link. This visualization helped the customer to better understand the working process and the actual effect of the equipment.
Stocking and shipping process
As our factory realizes mass production and has stock, we can quickly complete the preparation and delivery of the plastic waste recycling washing line equipment.
Before the equipment was shipped to Nigeria, we conducted an inspection of each component and the assembly situation. Loading containers are also strictly guarded to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment during transportation.
