Structural Features

Core transmission system

  • The center of the rubber fiber separator is equipped with a transmission device, and the impeller is installed on the main shaft, linking the wind blades and the wind blade plate to synchronously rotate at high speed, forming a stable power source.
  • The impellers on both sides assist in enhancing the airflow to ensure the separation efficiency.

Sealed sorting chamber

  • The inlet is connected to the fan and the magnetic separator. The rubber powder enters the separator through the trough. The bottom is equipped with a screen to filter the pure rubber powder, and the fiber is discharged from the top through the guide tube.
  • The sealed design combined with negative pressure environment avoids dust spillage.

Working Principle

Airflow sorting

  • The main shaft drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, and the two sides of the impeller form a rising airflow in the machine body, which generates a negative pressure area.
  • The light fiber rises with the airflow due to its small specific gravity and is discharged through the guide tube. Pure rubber powder, due to its large specific gravity, falls to the bottom screen and is filtered and output.

Dynamic specific gravity separation

After the mixture enters the sorting chamber, the fiber (floating) and rubber powder (sinking) are precisely separated by wind power classification, and the purity can reach more than 98%.

Full-process linkage

After the rubber powder is pre-treated by the magnetic separator, it is transported to the separator by the fan, realizing the integrated separation of “magnetic separation – wind separation” and improving the quality of recycled rubber.
