Our complete 500kg/h PET hot washing line has finished production, inspection, and container loading, and was shipped to Vientiane, Laos. Customer Background & Project Demand

The buyer is a professional plastic waste recycling enterprise based in Vientiane. Faced with rising local waste PET bottle volume, the client planned to build a standardized recycling plant to produce clean PET flakes for resale.

After comparing multiple suppliers, they chose our 500kg/h full automatic washing line, which covers all stages from bottle feeding, label removing, crushing, multi-stage washing, to dewatering. The client signed the order with a 40ft container delivery plan and accepted our 24-month global warranty policy.

Full Configuration of PET Hot Washing Line

This PET hot washing line is matched with all supporting machines as listed in the formal PI, covering the whole recycling workflow:

  1. Conveying system: magnetic climbing conveyor, picking conveyor, and multiple screw conveyors for stable material transport.
  2. Pre-treatment: label remover, SL-60 PET bottle crusher (500kg/h capacity).
  3. Multi-stage washing: floating separation machine, electromagnetic heating high-temperature washing barrel, rubbing washing machine, secondary flotation separator.
  4. Post-processing: PET chip dewatering machine, integrated central control cabinet, knife sharpener.

All material contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel. The electromagnetic heating hot washing barrel thoroughly removes glue, oil, and impurities. And the final dewatering machine achieves 95%-98% dryness of flakes. A full set of wear-resistant spare parts is supplied for long-term stable operation.

Machine Packaging & Loading Shipment Scene

All main machines were wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and anti-collision film, and vulnerable components and spare parts were packed into independent export wooden cases.

Workers hoisted and fixed all equipment tightly inside the 40ft container to avoid collision damage during railway transportation to Vientiane Railway Station. Clear on-site loading photos are reserved for reference.

Customer Acceptance & Operation Feedback

After equipment arrival, our technical team provided remote guidance for assembly, wiring, and a trial run. The whole PET hot washing line runs stably at 500kg/h rated capacity, and the customer completed full acceptance.
