Der diesmal bestellte Kunststoffpelletizer ist speziell f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von EPS-Schaumkunststoff konzipiert.<\/p>    <p>Nachdem die Ausr\u00fcstung fertiggestellt war, f\u00fchrte das technische Team unserer Fabrik vor Ort Testbetriebe mit den vom Kunden bereitgestellten Rohmaterialien durch.<\/p>    <p>W\u00e4hrend des Testbetriebs durchlief der Schaumstoff Prozesse wie Zerkleinern, Schmelzen, Extrudieren, Abk\u00fchlen und Granulieren, wodurch er erfolgreich in hochwertige Kunststoffpellets mit ausgezeichneten Formgebungsergebnissen und ohne Maschinenblockaden umgewandelt wurde.<\/p>    <p>Wir haben den gesamten Testbetriebsvorgang gefilmt und das Video zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung an den Kunden gesendet.
