- The waste tires are placed flat on the load roller at the front end of the tire cutting machine, and the tires are firmly locked by manual or pneumatic clamps to ensure the stability of the cutting process.
- Start the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil is delivered to the working cylinder through the pipeline to provide large thrust for the shear arm.
- The shear arm drives the serrated knife frame to press down vertically, and the knife teeth cooperate with the pressure roller to cut the sidewall of the tire at one time.
- After completing the first cutting, release the clamp or rotate the roller to move the tire to the next cutting position and repeat the downward pressure of the knife frame until the tire is divided into the required large pieces.
