We recently welcomed an Armenian client for an on-site factory visit. The client runs a waste collection and landfill business and plans to expand into plastic recycling with our 200kg/h hard plastic pellets line. During the visit, our team showed raw material samples, running equipment and real customer case videos to build mutual trust.
About the Armenian Customer
The customer owns a registered local waste management company in Armenia. Its existing business covers municipal waste collection and landfill operation.
The company already has experience in waste equipment procurement and has imported waste trucks before. Now the client is launching a new business branch: rigid plastic recycling. They aim to process hard plastic waste collected from their waste network into reusable recycled pellets, to create extra revenue and reduce landfill pressure.
After online communication, the client decided to travel to China to inspect our factory and the 200kg/h hard plastic pelletizing solution in person.
Hard plastic pellets line Introduction for This Project
This 200kg/h hard plastic pelletizing production line is designed for recycling rigid plastic scraps such as PP, HDPE, PS and plastic containers. It converts waste hard plastics into uniform recycled pellets. Key highlights shared with the client:
- Stable output capacity: 200kg per hour
- Suitable raw materials: rigid / hard plastic waste from waste sorting
- Complete workflow: crushing, washing, dewatering, extrusion, pelletizing and cooling
- Compact layout, easy operation and maintenance for new recycling investors
We displayed the whole line in our workshop, ran demo tests and showed the client real operation footage from our existing recycling customers.
On-site Factory Tour and Communication
During the visit, our technical and sales team accompanied the client through different workshop zones.
We displayed raw hard plastic material samples first, explaining sorting requirements and feeding suggestions. Then we walked through the hard plastic pellets line, introducing each machine’s function, structure and maintenance tips.
We also shared authentic customer feedback videos and previous factory test records. Combined with our competitive and reasonable offer, the client gained basic confidence in our equipment and our factory strength after this face-to-face inspection.
Next Cooperation Plan
The client will evaluate the solution after returning to Armenia. Once confirmed, we will arrange detailed technical drawings, layout plan and after-service schedule for this hard plastic pellets line recycling project. Our team remains ready to offer remote technical guidance and on-site support as needed.
