This collaborative client is an Australian environmental enterprise specializing in the recycling and reuse of waste tires. With the increasing number of local mines and heavy-duty vehicles, the demand for processing waste off-the-road (OTR) tires continues to rise.
Requirements for waste tire recycling machines
The client aims to establish a complete tire pre-processing and steel wire separation workflow. This will enhance processing efficiency and lay the groundwork for subsequent rubber powder production.
During preliminary discussions, the client explicitly required capabilities for cutting, wire extraction, and steel separation specifically for large-sized OTR tires, ensuring the waste tires could be further shredded and reprocessed.

Equipment Configuration and Procurement Plan
Based on the client’s specific processing needs, our factory configured a complete tire pre-treatment solution, including:
These integrated waste tire recycling machines primarily handle the disassembly of large-scale construction tires, performing critical processes such as steel cord extraction, tire segmenting, and steel cord separation. It delivers qualified raw materials for subsequent rubber powder processing or recycling applications.

Machinery Production and Shipment
Following procurement plan confirmation, we completed equipment manufacturing and factory commissioning per contractual requirements. Critical components underwent inspection and testing to ensure compliance with export standards.
The waste tire recycling machines have been packaged and successfully loaded into containers for shipment to Australia, where it will be deployed in a local waste tire recycling project.
The client indicated that, based on future capacity expansion needs, they will continue exploring upgrade collaborations for rubber powder deep-processing equipment and complete tire recycling production lines.
