Our factory has successfully produced a batch of PET bottle crushing, washing, and recycling line machines in strict accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Trial machine on-site demonstration

In our factory, the technical team carried out a series of trial operations after closely installing and debugging the equipment. During the test run, the equipment operated smoothly with excellent performance, and all the indexes reached the expected standard. The following is a partial display of the on-site trial machine:

  1. Crusher: high-speed operation, PET bottles are quickly broken into small pieces, crushing effect is remarkable.
  2. Cleaning machine: through multi-stage cleaning, it effectively removes impurities and pollutants from plastic fragments to ensure the cleanliness of the final product.
  3. Dehydrator: rotating at high speed, dewatering the cleaned plastic fragments to improve the recycling efficiency.
