Can I use the plastic film recycling machine to process PP and PE materials simultaneously?
The plastic film washing recycling line can process various materials, but it is designed to handle only one type at a time to maintain the purity and quality of the final product. Due to the different melting points of PP and PE, the machine cannot process different kinds of plastics simultaneously.
What is the heating method of the granulator?
The granulator uses electromagnetic heating, cast aluminum heating rings, ceramic heating rings, or quartz tube heating rings, depending on raw material processing needs and customer requirements.
How many operators are needed?
This depends on the size of your production line. A 500 kg/h plastic film pelletizing line requires 2-3 workers, while a 1000 kg/h plastic film washing recycling line requires 3-5 workers.
How large should the recycling factory be?
